Ingredients for six servings

  • 6 clean green lettuce leaves
  • 300 grams of ground or chopped beef or pork
  • 1 large onion, brunoise cut
  • 4 tomatoes cut into brunoise and seedless
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic mashed
  • 1 cup chives, finely chopped
  • Hot or spicy chili in sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin (8 g)
  • ½ cup of tomato paste (100 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons of oil (60 ml)
  • 1 tomato cut into slices
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup of grated gouda cheese (200 g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • To start, clean and dry the lettuce leaves very well.
  • First, in a pot over high heat, place the oil. Then add the onion and chives and allow to crystallize.
  • Then add the meat to the pot or pan along with the ground cumin and crushed garlic.
  • When the meat begins to change its color,  add the rest of the vegetables.
  • Then, add the tomato paste and let the preparation reach its boiling point. However, if you want a meat with the consistency of sauce, add ½ cup of meat broth or red wine. Finally, season.
  • Then mash the avocado into a paste and add a touch of salt, olive oil and pepper.
  • Now to plate!  To start, place a lettuce leaf on a plate and on top of it two tablespoons of the pork, tomato slices, guacamole and a little grated cheese. Finally, roll up the leaves and eat.

Ingredients

  • 6 clean green and purple lettuce leaves
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • Mushrooms or mushrooms filleted
  • ½ cup coriander or parsley leaves
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 concasse tomatoes cut into brunoise
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce (30 ml)
  • Bean sprouts
  • 3 garlic mashed
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 tomato cut into slices
  • Red onion in feather cut
  • Spicy chili jam
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sour cream or cream

Lettuce

  • First, in a skillet,  add the onion, chives, and garlic. Then, fry until they crystallize.
  • Next, add the concasse tomato, zucchini and soy sauce to the sauce.
  • Finally, add the sliced ​​mushrooms, bean sprouts, and parsley or coriander.
  • Rectify flavor with salt and pepper. Also, add some tomato paste if you like.
  • Then, once clean and dry, fill the lettuce leaves one by one,  making a kind of roll.
  • For example, put two tablespoons of the vegetable and bean sprout stew first.  Then place two slices of tomato, a little red onion in feathers and a slice of avocado.
  • Afterwards, season with the hot chili jam.
  • Next, serve a taco of green lettuce and another of purple lettuce together  so that they contrast on the plate. Also,  accompany with a little cream and guacamole.
