  • 3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 50 grams of Roquefort cheese in cubes
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Chopped parsley

Preparation method:

  1. First, sauté butter, onion, and garlic.
  2. Then add mushrooms.
  3. Then add the rice that is sautéed until it is transparent.
  4. Then pour the wine until it evaporates. Stir and add the broth little by little.
  5. Lastly, the cheeses are added (minus the Parmesan). Reserve for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese.

  • 150 ml milk
  • 250 grams of sour cream

  • 1 chicken breast
  • Flour
  • 3 eggs
  • Roquefort cheese
  • Olive oil

  • 3 garlic

Preparation method:

  1. First, fillet the breast and season.
  2. Next, cut the garlic into slices.
  3. Then beat the eggs and introduce the fillets. Leave 3 hours in this container, in the fridge covered with plastic wrap.
  4. On the other hand, cook the cream with the cheese until it boils.
  5. Pass the fillets through flour.
  6. In a frying pan, place olive oil and fry them.
  7. Finally, pour the breasts into the cream and roquefort mixture and cook for 15 minutes.
